1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using reddō ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
reddō is a social accountability platform that allows users to log daily effort toward personal goals, form accountability pods, track streaks, and interact with other users. The App includes an auto-generated cryptocurrency wallet on the Base network.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use reddō. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.
4. Account Registration
You may create an account using Google Sign-In or Passkey authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials. A cryptocurrency wallet is automatically created for your account upon registration.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you post on reddō, including effort logs, comments, and messages. By posting content, you grant reddō a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your content within the App. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
6. Wallet & Transactions
reddō generates a cryptocurrency wallet for each user on the Base network. You are solely responsible for your wallet's private key and recovery phrase. reddō will never ask for your private key. Tipping transactions are processed on-chain and are irreversible. A 1.25% processing fee applies to tips.
7. Privacy
Your use of reddō is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We store data locally on your device where possible and use end-to-end encryption for sensitive data.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: impersonate others, harass or bully other users, attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, use automated systems to access the App, or engage in any activity that disrupts the service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to reddō at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
reddō is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for any losses related to cryptocurrency transactions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, reddō shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
